Rides like a dream! The Warhawk was *exactly* the bike I wanted/needed to replace 2 bikes (road bike, monstercross adventure bike) with 1. Fit like a glove out of the box! Still can't believe how light it is. I was weary buying such an expensive bike without being able to test ride it first, but Mike is really great at communicating with his customers. His recommended parts and fit were all spot on.

I purchased a Cobalt Warhawk from Mike and I am having a great time riding this bike. It is a great overall bike with perfect geometry that can handle gravel rides, rode rides, and even a mix of mountain bike trails. It is fast, nimble, and extremely comfortable. I look forward to spending a lot of time in the saddle on my Warhawk in the future. I highly recommend everyone have a bike that can be ridden on varying terrain.
Mike at Cobalt was great to work with and I highly recommend his services!!!

New to the Gravel Bike Sc

I've been road riding for 35 yrs and wanted to start riding the gravel roads, but didn't have the right bike until I bought a Cobalt Warhawk. It's truly a dream bike that fits me like a glove!

Loving my Hawk!

Got my custom built Cobalt bike this spring. What a difference it has made - faster, smoother - a dream to ride. A friend made a "sculpture" of the bike, the "Purple Haze".

Great Value

I've seen other bikes at 2-3 times the cost of the Warhawk. A great deal on a great bike. I would buy one again. Was wishing the 31.6 seatpost for dropper post now I have Reverb AXS XPLR! 5 stars

I was instantly faster...

Just built up my Warhawk, and, wow, it's amazing! It's happy to go anywhere - gravel, street, even off-road trails at the MTB park. Frame is light and very responsive.

Perfect Bike!

Love at first sight. It rolls quickly on pavement, handles well on singletrack, and is the perfect bike for long gravel rides. Can't wait for racing season!

Marriage Made on Dirt

Performed Exceptionally. I liked the turning feedback. The 3.0 tires and dropper let you deal with most Mid-Atlantic trails. Added bonus, the Diablo is only 19lbs for an XL bike!

I just purchased a Cobalt Spitfire second hand. The combination of the super light and stiff Cobalt frame and the silky smooth but tight Ultegra powertrain makes the bike feel like an extension of your body. Zero vibration or flex and zero energy wasted! It's pretty easy on the eyes as well :) I also reached out to Mike to get some information on the bike and any advice on the care and maintenance. He was extremely proactive and very helpful. It turns out it was one of his demo bikes and he knew all about it.

Of course it took me longer to get around to moving over my groupset, but I couldn't be happier with the final product. The build came together smoothly, looks fantastic, and -- most importantly -- the ride is also perfect. The lightweight frame, stiff BB, short chain stays and HTA and fork offset combine for a quick-to-speed geometry with confident cornering. Will definitely consider Cobalt for the next bike purchase. …

Google review · Lightning · Also mentions Warhawk

I have bought multiple Cobalts (gravel, MTB, and now road) over the years starting with the Warhawk. I just got the new Lightning and it is amazing. I have ridden Trek, Specialized, and Canyon bikes. It was hard to give up my Madone but now that I am on the Cobalt, I have never looked back. Cobalt made it easy to pick out the bike the way I wanted in every aspect. Mike was great about helping me design how I wanted the bike and picking the components. The build was on time and perfect.

Mike set us up with two MTBs earlier this year, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The bikes are exactly what we were looking for, and Mike went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely go back to Cobalt for future bike needs.
